casas el mango y la papaya... what a view!Casa el Mango and Casa la Papaya are nestled in a garden with swimming pool, overlooking the Pacific above Playa Samara. A half mile walk from one of the most beautiful and quiet light sand beaches in Central America.
Both Casa el Mango and Casa la Papaya were designed for comfort in this tropical climate, with private shaded terraces that expand the living area. Sea breezes keep the houses cool and fresh. Views of Playa Samara and Isla Chora are enjoyed from every room. Kitchens are both nicely equipped. There are paddle fans in every room. All windows are screened. Private outdoor showers are just off the pool. La Papaya master bedrooms has a queen bed and El Mango master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A sofa/futon is in both living rooms. Casa la Papaya has an extra bedroom and sleeps up to 6 persons. Pick bananas from your private terrace or relax in the shade of the poolside rancho while dinner sizzles on the barbecue. Casa el Mango shares a "get cool" pool and a spacious covered rancho with Casa la Papaya. Reserve one or all two houses for an unforgettable tropical gathering.
Casa el Mango and Casa la Papaya are located in a mixed international/tico neighbourhood along a sparsely travelled road. There is abundant wildlife in the trees around the house. Wake up to the roar of the Howler monkeys or the call of the green parrots as they make their twice daily pass to nesting sites up the hill. A nearby wetland is great for birding. The evenings are quiet and serene, with amazing star shows and the sounds of night animals. Dawn approaches with visits from monkeys, parrots, other wildlife and maybe a neighbourhood rooster.
