Who We Are

Coldwell Banker Samara is owned by Gaetan Vien and Steve Phillips. In 2007, Gaetan and Steve added the Coldwell Banker banner to their already well established Samara real estate company. Gaetan, hailing from Quebec, has been a fixture in Samara since 1989 and he is well networked within the local Tico community and well respected by all. Steve and his family left Napa Valley, California to live and work in Samara full time after their first visit in 1999. Both Steve and Gaetan are raising their families in Samara and are excited about the unfolding potential of both Samara and Carrillo.

We, along with our team of experienced real estate brokers and office staff, are dedicated to helping our clients realize their dreams of living or vacationing in Costa Rica.
