General Terms & Cancellation Policy

Thank you very much for your reservation. We are delighted you chose The Hideaway Hotel for your trip!
We are a small boutique hotel and cancellations affect us greatly.

When we reserve a room for you, we turn down other requests for that room.

  • Reservations require 25% non-refundable deposit and credit card guarantee at the time of booking
  • Balance is due 30 days before arrival: no refunds are available at that time. Please consider trip insurance
  • All cancellations must be received in writing
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds or compensations for late arrivals or early departures
  • I accept the terms of the cancellation policy and I authorize THE HIDEAWAY HOTEL to charge 25% of the
    total amount of our stay plus tax (13%) as guarantee for the reservation in this hotel.
